1. Voltage:

However, when the electrophoretic paint film reaches a certain thickness, it can not only increase the thickness, but also aggravate the side reaction.

3. PH value:

The ph value of electrophoretic paint will directly affect the stability of the solution to a certain extent. Therefore, it is generally required that the ph value should be controlled between 5.9 ー 6.2 during construction. Otherwise, if the ph value is too high, it may lead to uneven surface gloss of the workpiece, poor stability of the paint solution, precipitation of soluble resin, rough surface of the paint film, and reduced adhesion; If the ph value is too low, the newly deposited paint film will be dissolved again, and the paint film will become thinner. After electrophoresis, the paint film will be removed by washing.

4. Conductivity:

Before electrophoretic coating, the coated products need to be pretreated. If pretreated, the concentration of impurity ions injected into the electrophoretic tank is too high, which often leads to rough electrophoretic coating unevenness and pinhole defects. Therefore, during the coating construction, it is necessary to purify the fluid electrophoresis paint, such as the device using pure water and ultrafiltration device anode shell.

5. Solids and ash:

When the solid content of the working solution of the electrophoretic paint is too low, it is easy to occur that the covering power of the paint film is not good, the pigment is easy to precipitate, the paint has poor stability, and the quality of the film continues to decline; If the ash content is too low, the covering power of the film will decrease; If the ash content is too high, the glossiness of the coating film will be reduced, or different particles will be easily developed for abnormality.
